Video demonstrations
In depth form checks (videos will be required so we can monitor intensity, form, and tempo. This allows us to provide proper feedback since we can’t see you in person!)
Building a split for your goals but keeping your weekly schedule in mind
Training program updates every 3-6 months dependent on overall progression
Weekly cardio and step count protocol
Nutrition Guidance:
Custom macronutrient goals or meal plans dependent on goals
Nutrition educational PDFs (going over tracking macros, eating out, learning how to navigate your goals/social life)
Simple meal ideas and grocery lists provided
Supplementation/Bloodwork:
Providing baseline health supplements for you to take
Once we begin to work together, we can get more data from you about how your body is responding to x,y,z - we can provide more insight on additional supplements to take to help you feel better overall (women's health supplements, digestive health, cognitive health, etc)
If we feel as though there may be a deep rooted issue happening in the body - whether it be inconsistent menstrual cycles, brain fog/high fatigue, extreme stress, poor sleep, etc. - we will get bloodwork done, and I will review markers to see what is falling out the "optimal" range. From there we can take action where it is needed
Check-Ins & Communication:
Weekly check in through our training app
Video reviews from us or in depth messages to review your week and how we will move forward
1:1 Google Meet Calls as needed, if you find yourself needing to discuss anything in depth with me, these calls are always available for you to book
